Information that is gathered from visitors

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on the Site, we collect the parent's or guardian's name, mobile phone number and email address, your child's grade, your child's school (if you pick one), any questions you type in, and which text message permissions you checked.

Information collected automatically

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.

Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.

Children's information

The Site is meant for parents and guardians. Our forms ask the parent or guardian for their own contact details. The only things we ask about a child on the Site are their grade and their school. We use them to share the right schedule and school pickup details and to help you enroll.

Children should not fill out forms on the Site. If you have questions about information you gave us about your child, or want to update it, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

How the information is used

• To call, text or email you about the after school program or summer camp you asked about, including schedules, enrollment and your account.
• To enhance the visitor's experience when using the website, to display personalised content and possibly advertising.
• To measure how well our ads work, using the Meta Pixel described below.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

E-mail / SMS may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers by us.

Services that help us run the Site

We use these outside services to run the Site and stay in touch with families.

• Spark Membership is our customer management system. When you send a form, your information goes to Spark Membership, and we use Spark Membership to keep enrollment records and to send our texts and emails. Spark Membership also runs our online checkout pages (the $20 trial week and the $30 camp registration). Payment details you enter there go to Spark Membership's checkout, not to this Site. Pages with a form also load a small script from Spark Membership that works with the form.
• Web3Forms emails us a copy of each form you send, so our office sees it right away.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel. The Site uses the Meta Pixel to count page views and to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. The pixel lets Meta receive information such as the pages you visit on the Site, your IP address and browser details, and it may use cookies.
• Google Analytics. The Site uses Google Analytics to measure visits and how people use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and when a form is sent. Google receives information such as the pages you visit, your IP address and browser details, and Google Analytics uses cookies.
• Google Ads (conversion measurement). The Site uses Google Ads conversion measurement to count when a form is sent after someone clicks one of our Google ads, so we can measure and improve our ads. Google receives information such as the pages you visit, your IP address and browser details, and Google Ads uses cookies.
• Cloudflare hosts the Site. Cloudflare processes visitor details such as IP addresses to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
• Google Fonts. The Site's fonts load from Google's servers, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser details.
